The basic thrust of our business is empowerment, problem-solving and self-direction. Courses offered have been designed, based on the results of workshop participant feedback over a period of four years. These training courses give people opportunity for self-reflection in terms of self-concept, current skills, conflict management, team dynamics and process management.

People can truly not be motivated by anyone else, but themselves, so they need to operate in an environment that fosters self-motivation, self-assessment and self-confidence. Our Emotional Intelligence Training course called ‘Where eagles dare’will turn your organization around. Our unique selling point is our follow-up sessions with participants.

Our company’s contribution to the tertiary and the business environment is to enhance the skills profile of workers as well as creating capacity in administration and business. Our fees are affordable. Current courses on offer can be viewed under  "products" above. Fees for schools and NGO's are negotiable.

Bookings 

Please use the booking form to reserve a place for a workshop. Dates and times will be publicised on the "What's new" page. The software for this website has been developed for a VAT-invoiced company. Please therefore note that MTAconnection does not charge VAT i.e. the whole amount is payable to the Service Provider.

Purchasing a product

Method of payment

Clients can either use the facility on our website (followed by a message from the site), do an internet bank transfer or do a normal bank deposit. Payments made via the internet should be accompanied by a fax or an sms and for bank payments, the deposit slip should be faxed to us on the same day as payment. See details under "contact" above.
